  • 3-4 pounds (1.4-1.8 kg) pork baby back ribs
  • 1 cup (240 ml) BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  1. In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to make the BBQ sauce.
  2. If needed, remove the membrane from the back of the ribs by lifting it with a knife or a paper towel and pulling it off.
